How it works: For 12 weeks, you’ll have guidance to introduce your body to a new way of moving and challenge yourself beyond what you may have thought possible. Each day, you’ll receive a friendly reminder to come to the site for your workout. Directly from this site, you will have access to daily online workouts that you can view on a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Nothing to download. Just press play.
- Level 1, Weeks 1-3: Whatever your current workout routine, your body will need to adjust. Together, we’ll learn new moves and focus on form.
- Level 2, Weeks 4-9: Your weekly playlist consists of 6 days of different workouts that will give you the flexibility to dial up and down the intensity. Throughout each step, you will have encouragement from not only the instructor, but from your fellow Groovers. We will push and sweat and laugh.
- Level 3, Weeks 10-12: We dial up the intensity, but you already know the moves. By this point, you know this is doable.
Don’t worry. We don’t leave you at week 13. We give you new moves to keep your body challenged.
