How many videos can I watch with my membership?

With your GrooveAnywhere membership, you are free to watch as many C3 Workout videos as you like as many times as you like, from your home computer and/or smartphone!

How will my subscription be billed?

Once you sign up for a GrooveAnywhere membership you will be billed, by the payment method you selected, on a recurring, monthly basis. This way, you have uninterrupted access to the GrooveAnywhere website.

How do I update my billing information, or cancel my subscription?

When you first register for GrooveAnywhere, your payment is routed through the trusted Stripe website. You may log into Stripe at any time to update your billing information or cancel your subscription.

How do I update my contact information or change my password?

You can access a variety of resources right from the MyGroove page, including a section to edit your user profile.

I am having problems playing my videos, what should I try?

GrooveAnywhere supports all modern browsers. It is important to make sure that you are using hardware, operating systems and browsers that are updated to recent versions.
