Cottage Cheese and Mixed Fruit

Enjoy a variety of fruit by combining what you have with your morning protein.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mixed fruit
  • 1/4 cup of cottage cheese

Directions

  1. Cut the fruit and mix with cottage cheese. Enjoy!
  2. Don’t worry. You don’t have to make cottage cheese. But here are two good ways to measure beforehand. Before you unpack the groceries and put away the large cottage cheese container, portion out into ¼ cup (4 ounces) plastic containers. Another option is to buy the 4-pack.
